Abide by the Highest Standards of Business Conduct: Advocate the spirit of integrity, strictly comply with the business ethics guidelines applicable to the company and all anti-corruption laws. Uphold the bottom line of the law, refrain from crossing legal red lines, and avoid acts such as embezzlement, bribery, disclosure of commercial secrets, and violations of industry regulatory requirements.

Abide by Organizational Rules: All employees of the company shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Sinochem Group Compliance Manual, sign the Sinochem Group Compliance Obligation Convention, and fulfill their compliance obligations to the company.
