Jointly developed with automation experts, the project Research and Application of Key Technologies for Optimization of Polyether Polyol Batch Production Processes has improved process energy efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced efficiency. It was awarded the First Prize for Science and Technology Progress by the China Petroleum and Chemical Automation Industry Association.
Participation in National Key Projects of the 14th Five-Year Plan
Undertakes a key research project of the National 14th Five-Year Plan for R&D (Project No.: 2022YFC3801603-02) – Research on High-Performance Weather-Resistant Polyurethane Waterproof Coatings and Application Technologies for High-Efficiency Waterproof Materials.
Serves as a core entity in compiling the association standard High-Performance Weather-Resistant Polyurethane Waterproof Coatings, promoting technological upgrading in the industry. Focusing on the 15th Five-Year Plan development agenda, the company is committed to building a "1+3" R&D system, empowering polyurethane technological innovation with digital intelligence, deepening industry-university-research collaboration, pooling the wisdom of talents, and fully enhancing the enterprise’s core competitiveness.
Establishes high-standard R&D centers to closely align with downstream demand markets, keenly capture cutting-edge industry trends, connect tightly with production facilities, and efficiently serve frontline production. This significantly improves the efficiency of R&D achievement transformation, and the company will continue to overcome technological bottlenecks to inject new momentum into the industry’s development.
Key Technology Breakthroughs
Co-established with Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) the "Joint Engineering R&D Center for Special Polyether Polyols" and "Engineering Research Center for Low-Carbon and Environmentally Friendly Key Polyurethane Materials", focusing on the R&D of high-end polyether materials and jointly tackling key technological challenges in the industry.
Jointly founded with Shandong University of Technology (SDUT) the "Surfactant Engineering Technology Research Center" and "Teaching, Scientific Research and Practice Base", forming an integrated cooperation model of "technological breakthroughs – achievement transformation – talent cultivation" to strengthen industry-university-research synergy.
Leveraging the technological resources of Sinochem Group, the company has established cooperative exchanges with a number of other top domestic universities, forming a "1+N" innovation matrix. It focuses on the R&D of green, environmentally friendly, and functional new materials, leading technological innovation in the industry.
