Sinochem Dongda continues to deepen the "Happy Cube · Warm Care Fully Loaded" series of initiatives in the Chlor-Alkali Business Division. Following the launch of the "Meal Delivery to Posts" service, the company further focuses on employees’ needs by rolling out a nighttime meal service, taking practical actions to enhance employee well-being.

At this year’s General Manager/Union Chair Reception Day, some employees proposed that working night shifts often leads to hunger and drowsiness, but due to the nature of their work, they cannot leave their posts. They therefore hoped the company could provide snacks such as instant noodles and coffee to relieve the fatigue of night-shift staff and improve work efficiency. The company conducted in-depth research on employees’ needs and work conditions, and finally decided to adopt a "basic + featured" matching model: instant noodles and coffee are provided as essential energy supplements, while other featured foods (such as ham sausages, marinated eggs, and small biscuits) are regularly rotated to meet employees’ personalized dietary needs.

This nighttime meal service is an extended upgrade of the daytime "Meal Delivery to Posts" service. Each nighttime meal conveys the company’s deep care for employees.
