To effectively care for the health of female employees and enhance their health awareness and self-care capabilities, the Labor Union of Sinochem Dongda, in collaboration with Huantai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital, carried out the 2025 "Two Cancers" (breast cancer and cervical cancer) screening activity for female employees from March 24 to 25, delivering a special health care package to the company’s female staff.

This screening activity is a key measure by the company’s labor union to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on women’s work in the new era and the spirit of the 13th National Women’s Congress of China. It also embodies the practical efforts of the "Employee Care" initiative. A total of 64 female employees participated in the screening. To ensure the smooth progress of the activity, the labor union made careful arrangements and active coordination, organizing female employees to take the screening in batches—this ensured that female employees on shift work could also participate in a timely manner.

Going forward, the labor union will continue to pay attention to the health needs of female employees and effectively provide a health "protective umbrella" for them. For many years, the Labor Union of Sinochem Dongda has always attached great importance to safeguarding the rights and interests of female employees and caring for their health. This "Two Cancers" screening activity is an important initiative in this regard. In the future, the labor union will further strengthen efforts to protect the health rights and interests of female employees, establish and improve a long-term mechanism for female employees’ health care, and actively carry out activities such as health lectures and psychological counseling. These efforts will popularize health knowledge, enhance female employees’ self-care awareness, and help them devote themselves to work and life with greater enthusiasm and a healthy physique, thereby contributing "women’s strength" to the high-quality development of the enterprise.
