According to relevant laws and regulations such as the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, Sinochem Dongda (Zibo) Co., Ltd. and Sinochem Dongda (Quanzhou) Co., Ltd. are the only two market entities that have been legally registered and independently operate under the business name "Sinochem Dongda". We hereby solemnly inform you of the following matters regarding the prevention of infringement:

I. Rights Statement

1. Legal Entities: As of now, the legal operating entities of the "Sinochem Dongda" brand and business name are only the following two companies:

Sinochem Dongda (Zibo) Co., LTD. (Unified Social Credit Code: 91370300786135811Q, Registered Address: No. 25888, North Outer Ring Road, Huantai County, Shandong Province).

Sinochem Dongda (Quanzhou) Co., LTD. (Unified Social Credit Code: 91350521MACG38KK21, Registered Address: Quanhui Petrochemical Industrial Park, Dongqiao Town, Hui 'an County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province).

The above two companies are the sole legal rights holders of the "Sinochem Dongda" brand, trade name and related trademarks. They have not authorized any other entity to establish branches, carry out cooperation or engage in any business activities under the name of "Sinochem Dongda".

2. Trademark Ownership: We have lawfully registered the trademark "." (Trademark Registration Number: 31762359) and enjoy full exclusive rights to the trademark. Without written authorization, no unit or individual may use it without authorization.

Ii. Infringement Risk Warning

Any unauthorized implementation of the following acts is illegal, including but not limited to:

1. Establishing branches, conducting bidding, signing contracts or carrying out publicity under the name of "Sinochem Dongda";

2. Using trademarks or marks identical with or similar to "Sinochem DONGDA", "Lanxing Dongda", or "DONGDA" in products, packaging, or advertisements;

3. Impersonating affiliated enterprises of "Sinochem Dongda" through websites, social media and other channels.

Iii. Legal Accountability Statement

For entities suspected of counterfeiting or infringement, our company will take measures including but not limited to the following:

1. Report to the market supervision department or the public security organ;

2. File a civil lawsuit to demand the cessation of infringement and compensation for economic losses;

3. Where a crime is suspected, the case shall be transferred to the judicial authorities for criminal responsibility in accordance with the law.
