On June 22, Sinochem Dongda invited some retired employees, staff family members and their children to the company, and held a "Family Day" event themed "Inheriting Fine Family Traditions, Jointly Shaping Safety Culture, and Co-Creating Dongda’s Blueprint".

凝聚初心，共叙发展

The company invited 11 retired employee representatives to "return home" – they reviewed the hard-working years in the early stage of the company’s establishment, talked about the current development situation, and looked forward to a brighter future. The senior employees expressed great satisfaction with the company’s current development, offered suggestions one after another, and stated that they would continue to do their best to contribute and spread positive energy for the company’s growth.

During the Family Day event, 15 staff family members visited the company’s workplace and participated in a family symposium titled "Jointly Building a Defense Line for Safe Production & Integrity in Work". Among these family members were the mothers of employees from the Polyether Plant and Supply Chain Management Department, as well as the spouses of employees from the Financial Management Department and HSE Management Department. All these family members shared a common wish: to see the employees stay safe and honest, and become the backbone of their families and role models for their children.

The arrival of 30 children brought great vitality to the usually solemn and busy working environment of Sinochem Dongda.

In the "You Have a Letter" session, the children received blessings and messages from the company’s leaders as well as their parents. 

They also took photos in front of the check-in wall, leaving behind their most beautiful smiles.

Subsequently, under the guidance of the staff, the children embarked on a wonderful chemical exploration journey. They learned knowledge about safe production, watched a foaming experiment, and personally conducted the interesting "Meet the Rainbow, Eat the Rainbow" experiment – allowing the concept of "scientific exploration + safety awareness" to take root through practice.

The healthy development of the company cannot be separated from the care of retired employees and the support of staff family members. At the end of the event, all participants of the Family Day picked up paintbrushes and painted beautiful colors on the canvas. They also wished that Sinochem Dongda, like a "navigation vessel", could sail steadily and far, moving toward a broader and brighter future.
