Polyurethane waterproof coatings are mainly used in the home decoration industry, applied to indoor roofs, kitchens, parking lots and other places, which are closely related to our daily lives.

Sinochem Dongda has developed two composite functional polyether polyols – 10LD23 and 10LD33 – for green polyurethane waterproof coatings. Among them, 10LD23 is suitable for MDI systems with a molecular weight of 3,800-4,500 g/mol, while 10LD33 is specifically designed for TDI systems with a molecular weight of 2,500-3,500 g/mol. Compared with traditional polyurethane coating formulations, these two polyethers not only offer better uniformity and stability, but also feature regular molecular structure, concentrated molecular weight distribution and low unsaturation value.

Customer feedback shows that coatings made with our new polyether polyols (compared to traditional polyethers) have stable basic performance, strong aging resistance, and the stability of properties such as tensile strength and tear strength is much higher than that of coatings made with traditional polyethers. Our products are highly trusted by customers and have broad development prospects.
