Bisphenol A polyether polyol is polymerized using bisphenol A as the initiator and PO/EO (propylene oxide/ethylene oxide) as polymer monomers, under the action of alkali metal or bimetallic catalysts.

Currently, Dongda’s bisphenol A polyether products are divided into the EO series and PO series, covering a full range of polyether products with the number of polymerized monomers ranging from 3 to 20. These products have distinct advantages, including uniform number of polymerized monomers in the polyether molecule, narrow molecular weight distribution, stable hydroxyl value, low metal ion content, and low viscosity.

Bisphenol A polyether polyol has a wide range of applications. It is well-used in synthetic resins, polymer polyester chain modifiers, polymer additives, and rigid polyurethane foams, among other areas. It can be said that it is an "all-round player" in the future polyether field.
